This was our second vehicle purchase from Moore's in less then a year and once again Vinney and his staff especially Joe mint went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Dennis was our salesman, for our New 2017 Forrest River RV. He answered all questions we asked, and if he didn't have the answer, he would find out for us. He also did a walkthrough with us on everything, before we drove off the lot with our new RV, that impressed me.

We were looking at Campers/RV's and found a few on your website that caught my eye. I then called and asked your hours. We arrived 1/2hr until closing. Our salesman stayed late with us and didn't show the slightest bit of annoyance. His name is Dennis and he was by far the best Salesman I've ever had...EVER. While looking online for a specific camper model I was able to find what I was looking for at Moore's Auto & RV. I was able to talk with Joe who helped with every question I had helping me to work out all the details. Living an hour away from Moore's it was an awesome feeling that all details were worked out from financing to how my trade-in would work before making the trip to the dealership. The camper I was purchasing was described perfectly over the phone and was clean, ready and awaiting my pickup when I arrived. A full walk through of the unit was just as expected and every detail gone over, no surprises. The showroom was beautiful and they had many parts and camping supplies available right on the shelf. After returning home Joe was kind enough to check in asking if I had any questions and both my registration and title arrived very quickly. I was able to work with Moore's and have them ship me some extra parts I wanted to order after the camper sale as well, having the parts in stock and very happy to ship them out to me quickly. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them if your in their area or a few hours away the drive was worth it for their fantastic customer service! Keep up the great work guys!
